Sunday morning brunch inspo. Here is an easy appetizer or delicious treat. If you have nuts + honey + a wheel of brie, you can make this impressive dish. Liven up your charcuterie board with this mouthwatering warm melted cheese and honey goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie
  • 3 Tbsp nuts (pecans, walnuts and/or almonds)
  • 2 Tbsp. Creamed Wildflower honey
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Crackers, baguette, fresh fruit

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Line oven-proof dish with parchment paper.  Place brie in dish
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes
  4. While baking, toast nuts.  Leave them whole or chopped, if preferred
  5. Once toasted, mix with creamed honey. Stir gently until honey melts
  6. Transfer brie to serving platter or charcuterie board.  Top with warm honey nut mixture
  7. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
Note: Lavender Creamed Honey can also be used
